Communities will be revitalized through transportation networks that connect citizens and fuel commerce. Communities will experience visible relief to air quality and congestion problems through comprehensive transportation networks. Public transportation stakeholders and mobility advocates will have a common voice at the policy-setting level and achieve more than will be possible alone.
